You may check after disabling and then enabling Windows Fax and Scan feature on expanding Print and Document services from the Windows on or off features option and check if this resolves the issue.

These links did not help. Still no Wizard but I did manage to send a fax before I got your reply.
I would appreciate your sending me to areas that would teach me how to use the fax program;i.e., how do you fill out the contacts, when you select a name does the fax phone number automatically get put inside the fax; can you scan multiple pages for one fax. 'Help' within the program just seems to give me the links you mentioned above with no additional enlightenment as to how to use the program. This is very disappointing and I spent an entire day trying to figure things out! No luck!
